I use the Nordic BTLE SoC(nRF51) for develop product and now i have some issue for the the btle compatibility with other vendor btle.

because this is  Sent from Initiator to Advertiser,so when advertiser get the CONNECT_REQ package that have someone it can&amp;#39;t accept.
Because the CONNECT_REQ Tx is public address .(reference B_vendor.pcapng)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;why the Initiator send the CONNECT_REQ for public address ?&lt;/p&gt;
