I also meet the same problem.

I couldn't fix it in spite of I downloaded the pack into the file.

Do you know how to deal with it.

Note. The pack I used is 8.6.0

Hi,

Can you go to:

[KEIL_INSTALL_DIR]\ARM\PACK\NordicSemiconductor\nRF_DeviceFamilyPack

and see if there is a folder named 8.16.0? Can you try renaming/removing this directory and install the pack manually? You can download from here.
