Do you have scan response data? What do you mean with active_scan not working? Do you not get any scan responses from the central?

I suspect you would have interest of the ble_app_multilink_central example found in:

SDK\examples\ble_central\ble_app_multilink_central

Look in the function on_adv_report(...) in main.c, which checks the advertising report for the name. See if you can use this.

No there isn't a advertising name in its advertising data.

1.So maybe the device name is in its scan_response_data(SCAN_RSP=1),but why ACTIVE_SCAN doesn't work?

2.After connected,it should be abe to get the DEVICE NAME,so how to send the request?

Yes,it is connectable.The advertising data has no DEVICE NAME in it.So I would like to get the DEVICE NAME after I make the connection.

So how to get the peripheral's DEVICE NAME when connected?

Are you sure that your device has an advertising name?

If you try to compile the ble_app_blinky example found in SDK\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_blinky, it is initialized with a name (Nordic_blinky), which is the name that the multilink example is looking for.

Impossible without connecting to the device directly. And I did not try to parse your string whether it is advertised as being connectable in the first place.
