I am evaluating the module MBN52832 from Murata (Using the development kit). I have installed nRF Connect v2.3 and I have installed and launched Bluetooth Low Energy app. I select the serial port (in this case COM6) . I see the error below. I think the way to do it is (In Muratas MBN52832DK): with SW3 button pressed (I put a button and check the BOOT signal), unplug and plug the USB connector and an explorer windows should appear. It doesn´t.

If the explorer appeared, I should drop the J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170724.bin file to the new drive that appears and that’s the way to reprogram the firmware.

I have programmed the Development Kit twice, with Proximity demo first and then with Heart rate monitor, and I could connect to the Bluetooth via nRF connect app.

How can I install the J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170724.bin file?
