We tested TCP Client example with S132 softdevice. nRF52DK is connecting to Pi3 but we are not able to establish TCP Connection. Ping-Pong is not working.

Hi,

You should use the S132 version that is provided with SDK 14.2, which is version 5.0.0.

Do we need to use separate Softdevice S1XX_IoT to run IoT SDK examples? Or normal S132 Softdevice is ok with IoT examples?

Hello Einar,

We are testing TCP Client example from IoT SDK which is merged in SDK 14.2.

Which Softdevice we need to use to run this example? We are using nRF52DK.

Hi,

The IoT SDK has been merged to the regular SDK as you have noticed. You can find the examples under <nRF5 SDK>\examples\iot\. I strongly advice against using the dedicated IoT SDK. This is old and outdated and is a direct predecessor to the IoT implementation in the nRF5 SDK.
