Sorry for the late reply.

Both crystals should be good.

The decoupling caps are not critical, use generic parts here. For the RF section, we're normally using Murata LQP 15-series inductors. These are 0402, you might have other requirements here. As long as the tolerance is 5% or so, most parts are usually fine.
