Have you connected the same DK to your phone earlier when running some different example?

If yes, might the phone still be bonded to that device?

If so, try to find the previously bonded device and remove it on your phone. Then it should be able to connect to the image transfer demo without problems.

If you are unable to remove the bond on the phone, you would have to change the BLE address in the image transfer demo. Then the phone will see it as a new device, and the old bond should not affect it.
