&lt;p&gt;Can you try with another microUSB cable? And do you use the microUSB connector at the short end of the board, or on the long end? Try the short end (marked with J2), as it is the USB port that is connected to the Segger chip (programming chip).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If this is the port that you have tried, then try another cable. Some microUSB cables only provide power, and doesn&amp;#39;t have the data lines. Test the cable with something that you know works (e.g. a cellphone), and check that it is a cable that is able to transfer data.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Let me know if it still doesn&amp;#39;t work.&lt;/p&gt;
