&lt;p&gt;Yes, as you said certain versions of Android, from version 5.0 I think, uses Private Resolvable Address. So the address will change every now and then.&amp;nbsp;Only devices that possess the IRK distributed by the device using a private resolvable address can actually resolve that address, allowing them to identify the device.
