&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;It is set by the SoftDevice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;The SoftDevice is the BLE protocol stack, it is delivered as a pre-qualified binary file, so you will not be able to see the code where this is set. The&amp;nbsp;device address&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;is derived from the FICR DEVICEADDR registers.
