Personally I only use nrfjprog in my daily work, so I don't have any specific preference.

We have to do production testing of our product. For mass production testing to do faster, can you specify me which of production programming among PEmicro, segger production programmers, nrfjprog can I use for mass production of modules.

The actual serial port (COM) ports depend on Windows, so you need to edit example.py and modify:

setup['TestSerialPortName'] = "COMxx" #DUT (Device Under Test)
setup['GoldenSerialPortName'] = "COMxx" #Golden sample (Tester)
