turn off the bluetooth on your phone and then back on. It will reset the cache. You'll get the new name updated. Alternatively, connect to it. It will also update to new name after you disconnect

Hi,

Can you try a recover on the board, using the command line command "nrfjprog --recover"? Then program the board from SES, and see if that makes a difference?
