&lt;p&gt;you could print the stack pointer and based on that calculate how much RAM that is currently being used, see &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/18746/printing-stack-and-heap-pointers"&gt;this&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;answer.&lt;/p&gt;
