&lt;p&gt;Edit: it seem the series &lt;a href="https://www.tag-connect.com/product/tc2030-ctx-nl-6-pin-no-legs-cable-with-10-pin-micro-connector-for-cortex-processors"&gt;CTX&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;could be an option to connect the Debug OUT to a Tag-Connect connector custom device (or nRF52840 dongle), as mentioned &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/12549/tag-connect-tc2030-cable-6-pins-vs-10"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

If you attach a SWD cable to the debug out port of a nrf5x dev kit &amp;amp; attach the other side of the cable to a Nordich Thingy:52 for example, the nrf5x device will automatically detect this &amp;amp; program the external HW instead of the dev kit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
