Hi run_ar, thanks for getting back! I was kept away from this project for a while, and actually I decided to abandon this approach, and just wait for Nordic's official support for low-power Friend nodes. Thanks for the help though!

As far as I can see this should be fixed as part of DRGN-10316. This is the last issue listed under the Softdevice section of the Bug Fixes chapter in the release notes for S132 v6.1.0.

If I understand you correctly, you are saying you get still get the exact same assert after updating to S132 v6.1.0. Please confirm it is the same PC and I will check with the SD team. Thanks.

Is S132 v6.1.0 the "new version" that you mentioned? I am still seeing the assertion failure on S132 v6.1.0.

Most likely, this is related to a bug in the softdevice, which will be fixed in the version.
