I see. I have not come across this earlier. Do you get the same problem if you use nrfjprog?

I can not flash only application hex file. I can erase all and flash soft device successfully. I had checked hardware configuration also.

Hi,

I have not seen this before, but searching for 0BB11477 gives some hits. Have you flashed this exact device successfully earlier? Have you made any HW changes since then? Could you have hooked up the device to the debugger in a wrong way (swapped some pins, missed a pin etc.)?
