 If you go to that path using CMD and then type &amp;quot;make&amp;quot;, you will see the following problem. 
 &amp;#39;make&amp;#39; is not an internal or external command, executable program, or batch file.

A folder called &amp;quot;GNU Tools ARM Embedded&amp;quot; was created on the C drive.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The steps after Step.B1 have all been resolved and work perfectly.&lt;/p&gt;
