Since 0d19=0x13.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with using Zephyr.

Please direct your queries and comment to the Zephyr community as user here, zephyr-users@lists.zephyrproject.org or as developer here, zephyr-devel@lists.zephyrproject.org

If you instead want to use our SDK, you could flash one board with Nordic UART Service Client (central) and the other with UART/Serial Port Emulation over BLE (peripheral).
