I'll see if I'm able to reproduce this, so we can find out what the issue might be.

2) Yes, you can open your SDK folder, go to documentation and open the release_notes.txt. The SDK version should be at the very top.

Thank you for your reply.

(1) Yes, I am using nRF52 DK

(2) I don't know how to check the SDK version, but the softdevice version is 4.0.3. Is there anyplace I can check the SDK version in the SDK folder?

(3) Both apps are newest version, nRF toolbox is 4.4.4, nRF Connect is 1.8.5. My IOS version is 10.0.3.

Maybe you could provide me with some additional information?

Are you using the nRF52 DK? Also, which version of the SDK are you working with?

Are you using the latest version of nRF Connect and nRF Toolbox?
If not, which version are you using?
