&lt;p&gt;- The segger version you have indicated (J-Link v 6.22g) although the latest is 6.32g&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&amp;nbsp; I have tried all that suggested on the list. Opening the J-Link Commander will not help neither. Please see image attached&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have just rip off the seal of this nRF52 development kit. No chance to flash anything on it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. Download &lt;a href="https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;J-Link v6.22&amp;nbsp;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(you can check your version with going to &amp;quot;cmd&amp;quot; and use the command &amp;quot;nrfjprog -v&amp;quot;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would also recommend you to go through &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/24592/my-nrf52-nrf51-dk-kit-doesn-t-work" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;this list&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try to open &amp;quot;j-link&amp;nbsp;configurator&amp;quot; and see if your board is recognized there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;If nothing works, run the cmd &amp;quot;nrfjprog.exe --recover --log&amp;quot; and post the log here&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
