I was able to build the light_switch example using Cmake. But when I tried to build it using segger, I'm getting a board.h missing error. My build path is SDK_ROOT=<C:\....\nRF5_SDK_15.0.0_a53641a>. Please let me know the solution to this.

I'm using nrf5 SDK for mesh. I had not defined the correct path and the problem is solved now. Thanks for replying to my question.

There is no support for Cmake in nRF5 SDK (the specialized mesh SDK use Cmake, though). I recommend you stick with one of the supported toolchains as configuring a Cmake project from scratch is time consuming and likely not worth the effort. The example projects in the SDK should build out of the box and be a good starting point for further development.
