It reads data from the UART and send it out in scan responses. iOS was able to capture the scan response data successfully back in SDK 13.
I am currently using iOS11.4 and have a BlueGiga device that

RE: iOS11.4 not seeing scan response in SDK 14.2

Glad you figured it out :)

RE: iOS11.4 not seeing scan response in SDK 14.2

Hi Mttrinh, so this turned out to be simple issue in the end. The code I was using was actually the result of a bad merge and simply the service being advertised was the BLE_UUID_DEVICE_INFORMATION_SERVICE instead of my Vendor Specific service. Consequently the iOS App wasn't responding because it wasn't seeing the expected service.

RE: iOS11.4 not seeing scan response in SDK 14.2

Hi,

I haven't seen this issue before. You mentioned that you can see the scan response in both Master Control Panel and nRF Connect. Are you using the tools on Desktop or phone? What are you using to see that you are unable to read the scan response?

Can you capture a sniffer trace so we can see what is happening over the air?
