I also meet this question. When I add saadc module to sample battery valtage, the software restart continuously.

If I comment out saadc module, the software works normally.I use S132 ,SDK14.2.

Do you solve this question?

My god, the problem that has been bothering me for so long has been solved by you all at once. Thank you very much. I was just so careless. I had noticed errata 108, but I didn't care too much. In addition, the domestic FAE processing level needs to be improved, and several agents have been found for FAE, which cannot solve this problem.
The NORDIC teams are amazing, and I always believe we are right not to replace the NORDIC MCU platform. Thank you!

Hi,

Have you applied the workaround for errata 108? It sounds like this might be the problem unfortunately. We started including the workaround in SDK v.12 / MDK v.8.9, see system_nrf52.c.

If you don't turn off the power-consuming peripherals like PWM or hardware timers, you won't crash or restart
