Can I set CE to 0 to change the state to Standby-I, and set PRIM_RX

RE: After entering into Standby-II state, how can 24L01+ change state to Standby-I?

Thank you for your confirmation!

RE: After entering into Standby-II state, how can 24L01+ change state to Standby-I?

Thanks for the explanation. The issue is that you cannot go directly from Standby-II to Standby-I based on the logic diagram given in figure 4, which as you point out; is incorrect.

This figure lacks one "CE=0" arrow from Standby-II to Standby-I. I'll report this internally.

Kind regards,

Håkon

RE: After entering into Standby-II state, how can 24L01+ change state to Standby-I?

The case is 24L01P enters into TX mode with CE keeps high, after TX FIFO data has been sent, 24L01P enters into Standby-II. Then based on Figure 4, there are ONLY two ways to leave Standby-II.

But based on

"Appendix A - Enhanced ShockBurst - Configuration and communication example"

"7, If nRF24L01+ is in standby-II mode, it goes to standby-I mode immediately if CE is set low."

you can see that, even 24L01P is in Standby-II state, if the CE is set to low, it will enter Standby-I. In figure 4, this transition path is not drawn on it.

Figure 4 confused me, when I want to do TX and then RX function. So I said it maybe WRONG.

thanks,

Tony

RE: After entering into Standby-II state, how can 24L01+ change state to Standby-I?

I am not sure I understand what you mean here. Figure 4 states that if PRIM_RX=0, and CE = 0, it will go into standby-I. If CE=1, it will go into Standby-II.

If PRIM_RX=1, you never enter Standby-II.

based on the Figure 10, it seems Figure 4 is wrong. in Standby-II state, CE will be checked, if CE == 0, 24L01+ will enter Standby-I mode.
