 I work on project for BLE communication in DFU mode.

If I may suggest, I would recommend taking a look at &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/b/blog/posts/getting-started-with-nordics-secure-dfu-bootloader"&gt;this great blog post&lt;/a&gt; written by an application engineer here at Nordic. It explains the DFU process step by step.
