Sorry, I see that my above answer is not correct for Android app, it should support both legacy and secure DFU updates. Did you follow the instructions in SDK 11 documentation for adding DFU to your application?

hi Jorgen,

I am using sdk 11 and using example ble uart but I customize as per application.

nrf connect app version is 4.19.0

with same sdk and app I am able to program nrf51 dk using DFU.

Hi,

Which SDK version are you using, and what example are you basing this on? Which version of nRF Connect app are you using? Note that DFU implementation was changed with release of SDK 12.0.0 and older SDK versions will not work with latest app and vice versa. I would recommend that you use latest SDK version that support your chip (SDK 12.3.0) for developing your application.
