Do you have made it success of wake up by timer ? I am confused how to do this .

Hi,

You can use the code in this post to enable NFCT sensing and interrupts for FIELDDETECTED event. The code does not put the device into sleep, but you can do that by adding __WFE() inside while-loop in main.
