If you are referring to the logs at the top, they can be found when debugging a segger embedded studio project.

Great to hear! I believe the only documentation available is in the links provided in the youtube video. There is a bit more documentation available in the source code for the iOS provisioning & configuration app. It includes sample FW that you can use for the nrf52832 dev kits.

I would take a look at this link for help. You will need to use the light switch proxy client & proxy server examples if you want to provision by phone. The proxy examples use PB-GATT to communicate to smartphones & then use PB-ADV to communicate over mesh to each other.
