If the dev-kit (with QFAAGx chip) is revision number 2.2.0 does that translate into rev 2 or 3 of the nrf51822? Thanks

Thank you Asbjørn - I can confirm [for the benefit of others who might have the same doubt] that the development kit I have received from semiconductorstore.com has revision number 2.2.0.

Thanks for your reply. I want to be certain since I would be ordering from India & returning a shipment would be cumbersome.

Would you know if the the NRF51822-DK & NRF51822-beacon kits sold on semiconductorstore.com would have the latest revision (QFAAG0)? Links below.

Most (if not all) distributors have the latest version of the chip/DK. You should get the DK with nRF51822 part number QFAAG0. There's no specific ordering code, but you should get the latest chip revision kit when you order now. If you're in doubt you could ask here or contact the Nordic technical support once you've received the kit to be sure.

EDIT: nRF51822 Development (DK) and Evaluation (EK) kit revision number 2.2.0 or later will have QFAAGx or later chip revisions.
