Pricing is good for the UK but might be higher than in Italy (just guessing).</p> <p>It&#39;s not too strange to not be able to prototype BGA, as you need special equipment for placing them for prototypes (Or you&#39;d have to eat the cost of setting up the pick&amp;place machine) and preferably an X-Ray machine to test whether they made good connection. For production you would set up a proper test setup and use a pick&amp;place machine (And you can &quot;dial in&quot; the production process to get a good yield).</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
