Looks ok.

Make sure you set the 32 kHz clock to use the internal RC oscillator and not the XO since you don't have that.

Other Firmware is working good. Only Challenge with DFU code.

Have you modified the code in any way? There's no reason for the code to work differently on the nR51422 vs the nRF51822. Make sure it work properly on the DK, then try your board.

yes i am tried some other programs its working good. But this DFU code only the problem.

The nRF51422 and nRF51822 are identical. Must be something with your custom board. Have you tried other FW on your board?
