so it's the 6x6mm nRF52832 chip labelled (quite sensibly) U1, towards what I'd call the top right of the board if you align it so the writing is right-way up. You can download the hardware files and schematics from http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Nordic-Thingy-52 (scroll to the bottom)

Don't think any of the Nordic DK use a BLE module. If you are interested in BLE modules you should check out:
