Sorry, EMDv6.12 is the firmware running TDK's 9 axis inertial sensor, MPU9250. I will have a look at Segger's SES.

What is the EMDv6.12? I couldn't find anything on google.

The best workaround is probably to start using Segger Embedded Studio (SES) and port the examples. As of last October, SES is free to use with Nordic's SoCs. Unfortunately, it is summer holidays here in Norway and we are short on staff, so I don't have time to update the examples myself.
