 I have followed the online guide to prepare the board. However, when I connect the Amp meter I get a different reading from the power supply: 
 Power supply: ~300uA

Where do you connect the amp meter and where do you connect the power supply. In general there are several components on the board that draw current other than the nRF chip. Use the nRF current measurement headers to get only the current going into the nRF chip.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
