in my case I have 1 center and 4 peripherals, and a sensor.
The peripherals take the value of a sensor, and send them to the central.
So I want to synchronize the timer of the 4 peripherals to have the same sampling rate from the peripherals to the sensor.

i have a connection interval at 62.5 ms and connection events at 7.8ms but the perihperal do that :

0->1->0->1->1->0->1->1

When having multiple connections, the softdevice takes care of the timeing. The "Connection timing as Central" chapter in the softdevice specification exaplins the topic very well.
