I want to do a Device Firmware Upgrade over BLE through my nRF52 DK board on a custom element.
I have done it through nRF Connect, but now i need to do it using nrfutil

nrfutil.exe dfu ble -ic NRF52 -n "YOURDEVICENAME" -pkg yourpackage.zip -f

This will flash the connectivity firmware that supposed to work with nRFUtil. In v3.5.1 we still use S132 v3.0

If the issue persist, please try to downgrade the Segger Jlink driver to version 6.16c

RE: DFU over BLE through nrfutil

I am using a nRF52 DK board connected to my PC.

and yes i have tried flashing my nRF52 DK with the connectivity firmware.

RE: DFU over BLE through nrfutil

Hi ,

Could you describe your set up ? Which board do you want to update the firmware and which board do you connect to PC to be used with nrfutil.

Note that nRFutil requires a backend hardware to talk BLE. You would need a DK board flashing with a softdevice and the connectivity firmware \examples\connectivity\ble_connectivity, connect to PC to be able to use nrfutil to do DFU.
