Hi could you try to erase the chip and then call this:

nrfutil.exe dfu ble -ic NRF52 -n "YOURDEVICENAME" -pkg yourpackage.zip -f

This will flash the connectivity firmware that supposed to work with nRFUtil. In v3.5.1 we still use S132 v3.0

If the issue persist, please try to downgrade the Segger Jlink driver to version 6.16c

I am using a nRF52 DK board connected to my PC.

I have another bluetooth device whose firmware needs to be updated.

I have a bootloader and an application .zip file i want to upload to my device connected through BLE to the DK board.

and yes i have tried flashing my nRF52 DK with the connectivity firmware.

Hi ,

Could you describe your set up ? Which board do you want to update the firmware and which board do you connect to PC to be used with nrfutil.

Note that nRFutil requires a backend hardware to talk BLE. You would need a DK board flashing with a softdevice and the connectivity firmware \examples\connectivity\ble_connectivity, connect to PC to be able to use nrfutil to do DFU.
