Is there any way to use Serial DFU and app_uart on the same port?
E.g. run-time enable Serial DFU mode when it is needed otherwise use app_uart mode? Or manually receive update using app_uart, save to flash and trigger DFU from flash?

[Mesh SDK 2.1.1, NRF SDK 15.0, SD 6.1, NRF52840]

I believe it should be fine, as long as you configure the UART correctly so Mesh will use one UART and app uart uses the other.

Would this also be a problem with nRF52840, which hat 2 serial ports?

Hi Igor,

No I don't think you would have any problem setting NRF_MESH_SERIAL_ENABLE to 0 and use app_uart_put().

On the opposite setting NRF_MESH_SERIAL_ENABLE to 1 may have an issue with app_uart_get ().
