 I have brought new PCA10056 board for BLE5 evaluation but hard part is board is not getting detected in nRFgo studio nor in Keil.

&lt;p&gt;Were you able to solve this issue? I was thinking possible you can check that you didn&amp;#39;t by accident enable pin reset, and that pin now is pulled low externally.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The nRF power source switch (SW9) is set to &amp;quot;VDD&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;-Yes&lt;br /&gt;The board is connected to the PC over USB to the USB connector (J2) at the short end of the board&lt;br /&gt;-Yes&lt;br /&gt;LED5 is on&lt;br /&gt;-Yes&lt;br /&gt;The voltage level VDD to GND is somewhere in the range 2.8V to 3.3V&lt;br /&gt;- Yes it 3 volts&lt;br /&gt;You get the same issue when using a different USB cable&lt;br /&gt;-Yes&lt;br /&gt;You get the same issue when using a different computer&lt;br /&gt;-Yes same issue with different computer. I tried in 4 different environments. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Do you have other DKs or Dongles, and if so do they show similar behavior?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Yes i have PCA10036 and its getting detected&amp;nbsp;as well as programmed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I have also arrange second PCA10056 board, even that shows same behaviour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Can you check and confirm that:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Can you try to use nrfjprog with the command &amp;quot;nrfjprog --recover --log&amp;quot;, and see if that gives any error messages? You will also get a log file named &amp;quot;log.log&amp;quot; in the directory from which you ran the command. If you get any errors, please provide the command line output from the nrfjprog command as well as the log.log file.&lt;/p&gt;
