Hello,

Were you able to solve this issue? I was thinking possible you can check that you didn't by accident enable pin reset, and that pin now is pulled low externally.

Hi,

The nRF power source switch (SW9) is set to "VDD"
-Yes
The board is connected to the PC over USB to the USB connector (J2) at the short end of the board
-Yes
LED5 is on
-Yes
The voltage level VDD to GND is somewhere in the range 2.8V to 3.3V
- Yes it 3 volts
You get the same issue when using a different USB cable
-Yes
You get the same issue when using a different computer
-Yes same issue with different computer. I tried in 4 different environments.

Do you have other DKs or Dongles, and if so do they show similar behavior?

Yes i have PCA10036 and its getting detected as well as programmed.

I have also arrange second PCA10056 board, even that shows same behaviour.

Hi,

"JLinkARM.dll CORESIGHT_WriteAPDPReg returned error -102." is often a sign of voltage problems.

Can you check and confirm that:

The nRF power source switch (SW9) is set to "VDD"

LED5 is on

Hi,

Can you try to use nrfjprog with the command "nrfjprog --recover --log", and see if that gives any error messages? You will also get a log file named "log.log" in the directory from which you ran the command. If you get any errors, please provide the command line output from the nrfjprog command as well as the log.log file.
