The &#39;B0&#39; in the marking on your chip is the B and x of the build code, the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/ordering_info.html?cp=2_1_0_51_2#unique_188763126">0 is not printed on the chip</a>.
