Thank you for the response, we solved the issue. There was an issue with Android property setting. We tried with few different combination of BLE setting, and we figured it out.

Sorry for the delayed response. Would it be possible for you test this with the sdk 15 uart central example on your nRF52832 & see if it works then? The sdk 12.1 is quite outdated. I have tested the uart central example on sdk 15 with the iPhone nRF Connect app as peripheral (an iPhone 8) & am able to connect successfully, but receive a BLE_GAP_EVT_DISCONNECTED event after the MTU has been updated. I will continue taking a look at this & get back to you.
