Yes, you can try changing file manager app and see if that helps.

I've tried to remove and reinstall it couple of times but got same result. Do I need to change options, I've red some advise like change file explorer ?

The only one option to download latest version is take it from the Play store, I did it and I've got 2.6.0, 1.6.1 it's DFU library version. I use Xiomi note 4x.

Hi,

The latest version of nRF Toolbox is 2.6.0. I tested this with a Samsung S8 with nRF Toolbox v2.6.0 and it works fine. Can you update nRF Toolbox to this version and try again?

Which device are you using nRF Toolbox on? iOS or Android?
