The thread topology monitor is for the thread mesh. Both Bluetooth Mesh &amp;amp; thread are forms of mesh. Bluetooth Mesh uses managed flooded mesh, where messages are relayed from the sending node via a relay node to the destination node. Thread uses routed mesh, which means that a message does not need to get relayed to every device.
