Hi Andreas, would it be possible to update the official documentation to include this variant ? If all available chips should have this value, it would make sense that we can actually find it in the datasheet.

Sorry for the late response, I am not given a notification when a 'verified answer' is responded to.

0x41414330 is a valid reading, and indicates AAC0.

it seems the documentation still doesn't show C0 variant in the datasheet, could you please check it? 4.4.1.9 INFO.VARIANT.

Also the SDK file nrf52_bitfields.h doesn't know about the C0 variant.

Do I miss anything?

Hi,

It seems that the documentation on variant might not have been updated with the C0 value.

At this time all chips that are available should be C0. I do not know why (some) distributors do not specify this, unfortunately this is outside our control so you need to contact the respective distributor if you want to confirm this.
