To supply power to DK board, you will need to

Ground the pin2 at K2
Supply 3.3V to pin2 and pin 3 at K1

Hi, Sebastien and Kino I still met the problem of "nRFgo Studio Setup Wizard ended prematurely" when I install it. I have installed .NET framework 3.5. What other else is needed for nRFgo Studio? I want to know if I can use J-flash flashing softdevice to nRF51822 chip directly? and what address should it be flashed? In fact, I have done it this afternoon but It seems that this nRF51822 chip on the PCA1005 board was damaged. my god! what happend to nRF51822? whould J-flash damage chip somehow?

I just did this last week. What Sebastien is saying is correct. Just make sure to supply power to your DK board. The segger debug wont power anything, just programs.

Hi, if you have this DK http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Bluetooth-R-low-energy/nRF51822-Development-Kit you can connect the Segger to the nRF PCB and to your PC, then open nRFgo Studio, select the discovered chip (through Segger) and upload the soft device downloaded separately on the Nordic web site.

Hi, As I mentioned above I have no starter kit motherboard and I just want to flash softdevice in Keil. I think nRFgo Studio will not work without starter kit motherboard.

You need to use nRFgo Studio Nordic software.
