I am not sure what you are trying to ask, but system on with ram retention and FreeRTOS tickless are not similar topics. Maybe you want to know these power consumption scenarios.

1. System Off with RAM retention and GPIO or NFC field detection wakeup

The system will go into deepest sleep mode but a wakeup will reset the system to run the reset interrupt handler. This can be done with or without any RTOS.
