&lt;p&gt;I am not sure what you are trying to ask, but system on with ram retention and FreeRTOS tickless are not similar topics. Maybe you want to know these power consumption scenarios.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;1. System Off with RAM retention and&amp;nbsp;GPIO or NFC field detection wakeup&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The system will go into deepest sleep mode but a wakeup will reset the system to run the reset interrupt handler. This can be done with or without any RTOS.&lt;/p&gt;
