Hi,

I am also using the HUAWEI, so you can find "ES File Explorer" in the AppGallery, it works:-)

I have the same problem. I have Android 7.0. I haven't installed any 3rd party file browsers. I use the one which came with my phone (Huawei P9 Lite). Shouldn't nRF Connect work with default browser? Which browser should I install?

The issue seems to be that some file managers will extract the zip file (either always or optionally), and if so it will not work properly. nRF Connect expect to get the full unextracted zip file. The solution is to use a file manager which does not extract zip files.

The version of nrf connect is 4.15, andriod version is 8.0.

I tried serveral file managers, finaly i found a file broswer that can work.

Could you kindly explain why it causes this issue? and what kind of file manager works on it?

Hi,

I understand the Android version is 4.15.0. Which Android device are you using? Which file browser app are you using? Have you attempted to use another?
