Is there a way to get the output log for the Mesh Light Switch Demo to output over UART instead of RTT? We are using a Fanstel BT832X module containing an nRF52832 on a shield which connects to the PCA10040 DK for programming.

In the newest mesh sdk v2.1.1, we have a sdk_coexist folder under examples. I would take a look at the ble_app_proximity_coexist example there & see how the log is initialized. You should be able to initialize logging over UART instead of via RTT in that example. Then, try to merge the logging functionality from the proximity example to the light switch example.
