Should be simple enough, initialize the SPI peripheral in main and add a call to SPI transfer function in nus_data_handler. I would recommend that you create a new question if you are having troubles with this, as this is not related to the subject of this question.

Now i am trying to add SPI master service in ble_app_uart central example and whenever i receive a data from ble_app_uart peripheral I need to send that data to the SPI slave.

could you help me in this?

Did you change TEST_STRING on both sides of the bus (both SPI and SPIS example), or only on one side?

Did you check the serial output on both sides? You should only need to change the define for the new string to be sent.
