The issues were the conflict between the ST-Link and J-Link both plugged into USB3 Hub. Reinstalled both drivers(ST-Link utility, j-link reinstalled itself when I run nrfjprog again with an old USB2 hub.

The picture has changed. Jlink requested install and succeded. Erase has been completed. The code was loaded but still not blinking. In debug mode, the code is not reaching bsp_board_init(BSP_INIT_LEDS).

Erasing works fine for me when using nrfjprog version 9.7.3.

Try to update to the latest version of the nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools, before testing the erase command once again.

Installed tools on a different PC. According to instructions trying to erase:

d:\Nordic Semiconductor>nrfjprog --family nRF52 --eraseall
ERROR: The device connected is not one of the recognized devices. Update to latest nrfjprog to obtain proper functionality for your device.

d:\Nordic Semiconductor>nrfjprog -v
nrfjprog Version: 5.1.1.43514

What is wrong?
