So I can just take a nrf51822 example and load it into my nrf51422, and then it should work? I will try again then

If load the lbs_hrs something example project for the nrf51822 S110, then I can't see the advertisment. If I load the same example project for nrf51422 s310, then it works fine. Haven't changed anything in the project

You shouldn't need to change anything to run a S110 project on the nRF51422.

Edit:

It shouldn't be necessary to use the S310 examples, if you are using the S110. You should use the S110 examples, found in our SDK at: C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Device\Nordic\nrf51822\Board\nrf6310\s110
